Melissa, I did it the easy way, I hosted kids from Japan (one year) Chili (one month) Germany (3 months) Italy (2 kids for one year) and some others that I've forgotten. My eyes tire easily now Melissa, I appreciate the thought, I haven't read a book since the last Robert Ludlum novel a few years back. Trouble with his books was I couldn't stop till I finished, just had to see the next page.

Oh, my, that must have been wonderful, and entertaining, to host kids. I am not so brave!

I learned a lot! For instance, it's rude for a man to sit with a foot crossed over his leg and pointing at a Buddhist; it's also very rude to touch a Buddhist on the top of his head because that's where the spirits enter and/or leave. I think there were differences in Buddhists from various lands tho.
