I tip my hat to you. Thank you, looks like a snapdragon, birds and bees love it. Humans keep bee hives next to it because they consider the honey from this plant to be medicinal.

Hmmmm...yes, ayurvedic...grows in my zone, low water areas (translating to drought tolerant) and my husband has asthma....good to know......

Sherry I also have allergic asthma and this is the worst season of the year but what does that plant have to do with it?

I always check for possible medicinal uses when encountering new plants. It's enough to be pretty, but if it also has a scent or a medicinal use...wow.

Arif, I haven't see you post in a long time, so I'm not sure if you are still around, but if so, can you give me some care info on this plant? I've had it for about 6 months and just now found out what it is, lol .... any help is greatly appreciated!
