This is the rose Rogue Valley sent me when I ordered Leander. It appears to be a shrub, so they got that part right.

I can't tell what size the blooms are in the picture, but my Ballerina has small "tighter" looking blooms.

No, these blooms are bigger than Ballerina's. When I looked at the photos of the other plants they sell, I thought it might be Lyric.

Lyric seems to have a variety of forms/petal counts. Yours looks like some of the pictures.

That's my thinking too, Steve. I once ordered Sunshine from Sequoia and it bloomed pink (a silly color for a rose named "Sunshine"). When I called the nursery, they said it was Suitor. They kept their bands in separate boxes and customers would put them back in the wrong box. The Suitor box was right in front of the Sunshine box.
