After a snowy and cold winter awaken the first harbingers of spring.
Since March 20th is the beginning of spring with us. Unfortunately, there was still frosty days. But now comes the best time of the year.
I am still waiting for spring. Here in NE Mississippi, it was 28 F this morning and is supposed to get down to 29 F tomorrow morning. Hopefully, and I have said this every week for the last four weeks, that will be the end of our winter. Ken

I really, really think I see the end of winter here, and have even promised several people that I would begin shipping my tropical plants next Monday. Some have waited for six weeks! Ken

I would love to get warmen weather soon. so I bought this plant today. I´ll put it just for a couple of hours during the day out side- if temperature is ok. I like the blue once
Heart2Heart, what do you think of these hydrageas I found in Ireland last September? These were growing right out side my "hotel" room at the Ballynahinch Castle and they are growing in 100%, natural peat, which was several feet thick! Ken in Mississippi

Beautiful Hans, and Ken. How did you get some cuttings, pray tell, Ken? Or maybe some seeds just fell in your pocket! they are beautiful and look like worth the risk of getting stopped by customs!
Sorry, all. I only brought back memories and pictures from my trip to Ireland last September. I never even thought to take some cuttings to bring back! Ken

Love those little blue flowers!
Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Mat.6:28-29

Thanks, they are beautiful and I see they naturalize very well. Must be a welcome sight in the spring!
