Lin I love the color of your 'Little Gem'. Yours must get a lot of sunshine. We are just now getting some sun and warmer weather. Shouldn't be to long before I can put mine outdoors for the summer.
And I just noticed that yours is blooming.

Hi Lynn, my little plant does get a lot of sunshine but it's looking a bit bedraggled and pale to me ... maybe from too much direct sun? I have it in a container with two little Echeveria and one of the Echies is blooming too. I need to try to get better pic's.

I can't tell from this photo, it looks healthy.

Mine is starting to go lighter in color now that we are getting some sunshine. I have it in an south facing window. I'm thinking about rooting a cutting from it and trying it outdoors over winter, under my covered deck.

Have you taken cuttings and rooted them?

I haven't had this plant very long so I haven't taken any cuttings but I might give it a try in the next few days ... if I can remember.

I got mine last fall, so I have no experience with it either.
Maybe the two of us can add information as we learn more about it.

Just got in from the yard. I will try some experimenting and let you know what happens.
