Genus Echinocereus.
I think it might be Echinocereus reichenbachii, but I'm not sure about that.

Wow, that's lovely! The plant doesn't look very big in that photo. How long did you have it before it flowered? Just curious; I have no idea what it might be, but it's certainly pretty.
