I'm wondering if that name is correct? Because when I do a google search for that name, the ONLY thing that comes up is that one photo we have in the database. However, if you look for "Ruffled Patty," there are lots of results, and the photos look very similar. And it would make sense that Ruffled Patty would be related to Patty's Plum. Anyone know which name is actually correct?

The entry for Papaver 'Ruffled Party' was added just recently by robertduval14. The photo certainly looks just like 'Ruffled Patty' to me, but it was taken from Wikimedia Commons, where it's listed as 'Ruffled Party,' so this isn't a case of robertduval14 mistyping the name. Why don't you send him a tree-mail and see what he thinks?

I think it's a typo that needs to be corrected here in the ATP database.

The plant is a ruffled version of the cultivar 'Patty's Plum'.

The wikipedia commons page appears to be in error and I agree with Lin that we should fix the error.

Thank you! This will make it much easier to find one to buy. I've been drooling over that plant since I first saw the photo, and it was just maddening not to be able to find it!

first time noticing this thread. I had to correct several typo's from the photo set this one came from. The proximity of the 'r' and 't' keys on the keyboard, as well as both of those letters forming complete words (making a typo stand out less), not to mention the resemblance to 'Ruffled Patty' lead me to think that the correct decision was made to change it to 'Ruffled Patty'.
