The plumeria flowers in this video are the result of growing plumeria plants from seeds, unrooted cuttings and rooted plants indoors and outdoors in Chicago.

Excellent video. I hate to do this but I need to question the identification of 'Daisy Wilcox'.

Hi Hetty,

As you well know weather conditions can influence the appearance of plumeria flowers which makes the same flower look totally different as weather conditions change.

The picture of Daisy Wilcox in the video was taken when temperatures were in the 90s with very high humidity and days of CLOUDY conditions in Chicago >>>

The following picture of Daisy Wilcox was taken with temperatures in the 70s, low humidity and a string of SUNNY days in Chicago >>>

Very interesting. I just never saw it with that much color. But I also miss the somewhat floppy habit that DW has.

Nicely done, Bob, watched the vid on my Kindle as my son was tying up the computer all night. Good choice of music, too.
I almost cried when I saw the "Mimi's" Home Pride" though. Mine didn't make it, you see. And I miss Mimi's Yahoo site and the people there, it was an unfortunate situation, -but still.
Thanks for shooting and posting the video.

Wow...the DW in the last picture looks almost like an entirely different flower...they seem to have a floppy posy look to the flower clusters...kindof like pom-poms, and much less color. Amazing what changes climate and growing conditions can cause!
