Good morning everybody,
It's been a while since I've visited the boards. I acquired a few cuttings from Mike months ago, and it appears one of the is going to have blooms soon.
I'm very new to plumerias, so I am not really sure! *Blush*

It is not the best picture (took it with my phone), but take a look and let me know, please!

Oooooh...gorgeous! Which plumeria is it? Looking at yours, I'm beginning to have hope that I might someday, bring a plumeria to bloom. Sadly, I do believe I've killed everyone I've ever tried growing, (including cuttings, rooted plants, and seedlings).
The new crop of seedlings is on top of the refrigerator....

Sounds lovely...especially against a green leafy backdrop. I hope it's strongly fragranced, too. I don't know how to take or post pictures, yet, (been meaning to get to that for a few years, now!) but I'm really enjoying everyone elses.
How lovely that your cutting arrived with a potential inflo, -always a lovely bonus and sign of things to come.

I've heard of this one, or a similar one..maybe "Orange Splendor"?
I eventually hope to find an orange by the name of Makaha Sun, (I think it's one from Bud Guillot, not sure). or if that's completely out of the question, one of Jungle Jack's " Firestorm", which isn't a true orange, but still bright in it's coloration. I tend to like bright & bold colors, like the Plastic Pink, providing they have a strong and lasting scent.
I cannot wait to see your blooms unfurl!

I'm frustrated a bit, because the plant has been losing the buds... it's been raining quite a bit in my area. Sad

It really shouldn't lose buds because of rain, Ive. Unless it's been cold (and I can't imagine that in your area).
Cyra I will send you a Treemail.

What might be disturbing the plant then?
I mean it still have plenty of buds (at different stages), is there anything I can do to stop it from losing the buds?
