I don't have photos & our siberian iris grow in shade now. We moved the bed once, but the shade changed it. We do have the historic 'Summer Sky' in bloom, but it is very plain in contrast to more modern siberians.

Nice Sibs, mine aren't blooming yet, will be a while.

Lucy, do your Irises bloom in the shade? Asking for some newly planted Irises in semi shade.

not really, although if you have half day sun, they might be ok. One bed that is shady is where we grow MDBs, because they bloom before the trees develop their leaves. The other bed of siberians will grow, but not bloom any more.

Thank you Frank, for having started this Thread. As I've some Japanese Iris, planted as of only last Spring. Which hopefully, I will soon be sharing some more, fairly soon !
(Though it's overcast today, this one hasn't quite yet, fully opened up.)
While I'd thought to share it here, anyway.
I'll have get more familiar with the cv. names, (as previously I'd nearly grown them all, from seeds sown in late Winter, to early Spring.)
Which took about a month, to germinate, & sprout those tiny upright leaves.

It's opening up a little more, while I think it jusf may have suffered from just a bit too much more, sudden increase in sun exposure.
Unless, it wasn't quite adjusted to the additional warmth, from having removed a few tree branches overhead.
(Appears it was,a bit too much, of a sudden change, near the edges.)

While I'm still attempting to figure out, just which cv. it may be, as it was from a "mixed bag", of Japanese Iris, only last Spring. (So they'll all be entirely new ones, to bloom for me.)
