Have you seen these guys? They specialize in "hot". I don't know what they're like, but someone mentioned them yesterday in this thread:

The thread "Where do you get your tomato and pepper seeds?" in
Vegetables and Fruit forum
I see Baker Creek has 2 dozen hot ones, and they usually have interesting seeds:

Kitazawa has 8 Asian specialty hot peppers:

Tainong only has one hot pepper: They call it 'Black Beauty'.
"Beautiful! Easy to grow, vigorous plants produce many small 2~3 inches long fruits. Extremely spicy! " To order retail from them, you "just have to know" to ask I-Lung for the home gardener's "small scoop" - usually $2 for 2 grams, but pepper seeds may have a different sample size. Shipping seems always to be $5 for Priority mail.

Territorial has 18 hotties:

Hazzards has 188 listings, but that includes multiple size pkts for each variety.
Hazzards has good "bargains ", if you plan to buy 100 or 250 or more of one kind of seed. I think of Hazards as a place to buy "wholesale" just before I embark on a trading spree. I can split one Hazzards pkt ten ways, and then trade nine of them with other people.
