My Haworthia limifolia used to live in this container in 2011, growing so tight already.

In Apr 2012, I decided to repot, into two containers, to give it some space to grow:

Unfortunately my hubby and I were at loggerheads where to place my containers and he insisted in placing them way up a pole:

It stayed there for the rest of 2012 up to last Sunday. We decided to bring it down, since the birds have been picking on the coir and the soil is starting to scatter.

So as I see it, the plants though still alive got both too cold or too sunburnt. Luckily this plant is a true fighter, when I unpotted it I saw several runners with pups under, so it is actively growing, just too stressed. I had to peel of the older dried outer leaves, seems like removing leaves from a pineapple head, roots are just there at the base getting ready to come out and grow.

Here they are, newly repotted, will keep it somewhere lower so it can be sheltered during the hotter days. One of them has a bloom stalk too. Smiling
