I don't think those metal levels are particularly high. First, it is stated that the results of the analyses is in parts per million. In solutions this is the same as milligrams per liter. Except for nickel, the other metal levels are reported as "less thans" (<). These are likely the detection limits for the method and instrumentation for analysis. Hence, arsenic, mercury, cadmium and lead were not detected (but there could still be a very small amount there that is "less than" the reported number. Comprenez?
