They are back and it's driving me nuts! I've been avoiding pork because of health reasons, but I'd be happy to chow down on those...just don't want to hunt them myself.

They're hitting our place pretty good too right now... Last year I shot 25 of them over the course of the year. They are tasty when cooked on the smoker, but one certainly does get tired of them...

Well, thank you for removing 25 malicious feral hogs from Texas and for serving up all those delicious meals also!

Hi Linda, remember me from the RU's in College Station? My hubby loves hunting hogs if you want some relief.

I sure do, Mary Lee! Great to hear from you! Didn't you give me a pot of chives once? In any case, I still have some. Right now, it's hogs and armadillos both making a mess of my place...but I can at least keep the hogs out of my fenced yard.

Hi silverfluter. We never met but I remember you were one of the first and nicest people to respond when I first started posting way back (aka bananna18)

Hi to you too canadanna. I remember the name banana 18. Why did you change it?
Bubbles I don't think I've met you either. I hope I can go to the RU next year and meet some new people. And thanks for watching the video. It's been a pretty interesting roller coaster since 2008 but we are still in business.
Hubby is coming back from a turkey hunt right now. If you want I'll tell him about you and your hogs.:)

We drove home from Seguin a couple of weeks ago on the toll road. Huge blinking signs warned of wildlife on the roads. The hogs are taking out SUVs and cars. So far, no one has been killed. If you hit a pack of hogs going 85, you will at least get hurt, however.

Speaking of pesky wildlife, my traps finally paid off on the Armadillo. Got this one last night and relocated it somewhere far enough away.

Well, I want you to start spray painting 'em with a big red X. That way, I'll know if they can run this far. We used to be the area where people dropped off their cats and dogs. I think the people in places DH has been dropping off our raccoons have gotten smart and are dropping off theirs by us!

Linda, that's good that you caught that little garden destroyer, strange looking creature. Blinking
