Clear Tubs for Early Seedlings

Large tubs with clear sides and lids can provide adequate early season housing for tender seedlings.

Boy, am I glad for my seedling tubs today! Hurray!

I hadn't noticed hail in our forecast, but we got some anyway. My seedlings are tiny yet, so they surely would have suffered serious damage if they hadn't been in their lidded (and vented) tubs.
