I never seen but I think it is a species of genus Pachyphytum.

The construction of the flower seems to correspond. (Compare the formula flower for eg.here http://www.flickr.com/photos/3... )

Or google more. Can be and a hybrid or cultivar, in this case it is almost impossible to ID correct (Need to know more about the source of origin, hystori ...) . But seem to be close for some species
