I'm not finding much information on Gentiana septemfida x parryi. Should I add its name to the DB as it is?

No, if it doesn't have a cultivar name, then don't add it as a cross. Theoretically, any species of a genus can be crossed with any other, and we don't need all of those entries in the database. If you have a photo, you can post it on the general Gentiana page and note the cross in your photo caption.
