I just purchased a Semp that looks like a Jade 'Gollum'. Looks neat. Does it survive our zone 6 winters? Is it hardy? I am too lazy to read thru all the other post so please forgive me and help me out.

I'm in zone 4B and it's hardy for me. Now that you mention it, it does look similar! Smiling

Thanks all.
I plan on separating it and planting it in a window box and leave in the yard then come winter, bring on the porch to enjoy all winter long. So far I have done this to my collection but I planted them too close and now have to separate them and have some real problems. I do believe I was told that here when I first started this. At times they all look alike then in a few months they are different and the colors come out and wow. Just like I was told here. Thanks again.

Oh, your Oddity is awesome! And so many little wee ones! I just came across some Gollum jade and was very tempted. Your pic makes me want to go back for it.

I'm in Zone 3a and S. 'Oddity' is perfectly hardy for me - outdoors year 'round, with no winter protection except natural snowfall.

If I lived in Florida where my friend does and I visit him every year, There would be no room for grass to grow on the lawn. Now that I can pack up and move, the wife will not leave her family. Come to think of it, I can't either.
