I just received a couple of roses from Northland Rosarium, and while the roses look very nice and healthy, they DO have quite a few aphids on them. This is my first time ordering roses online, so I'm not sure.....should I contact them to let them know, or is this common? Heh, heh, there's an amusing tag on the package saying that the roses are "apparently free from injurious insects and plant diseases."
Confidence is that feeling you have right before you do something really stupid.

Woofie - DEFINITELY contact them! I believe that's also against Dept Ag rules.

And then wash the aphids off!
Remember that children, marriages, and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get.
