I can not get the Plant Data Base to let me add plants to my list I have a list already Any Ideas ??

How are you trying to do it? The best way is to locate your plant in the database, and then click on the link in the blue box on the right hand side of the screen that says "Add this plant to your list."

Yup That's the one that worked for me before Now it does nothing

Give me an example of a plant you're trying to add and I'll see if I can add it to my list. (Give me the link to the entry in the database.) Just as a test.

I just successfully added a heuchera to my list, but I had to refresh the page to get it in there.

Maybe Dave is tinkering with the system?

That's what I thought, too...maybe programming hiccups.

Hmmm, I was able to add it to my list with no trouble. Chelle, have you tried that one?

I have not. I sometimes have trouble removing things! Some plants are still listed more than once.

Hmmm, must be my good clean living. I was able to add it, and then delete it, and all looks well from my view.

I haven't been changing anything lately.

Shannon, maybe you should try restarting your computer. Or even just closing your browser and re-opening it. That solves a lot of problems a lot of the time!

Shannon, have you tried refreshing the page after you add the plant? If you don't refresh, the page will still ask whether you want to add the plant to your list.

Ok, here's a really dumb question. Is it possible to access the forums and lists without logging in? I have no idea, because I've never logged out and have no idea what my password is, so I can't try it. Could Shannon be trying to access her list without being logged in?

Good thinking, Woofie; but no. I just ran through it and when you're logged out there's no blue button to add to your list.
