Not Pink Perfection. I think you meant Stargazer, didn't you? A distorted flower can be caused by many, many things. Does the plant have more buds and how do they look? Is the plant itself normal or does it show signs of abnormality?
The most common causes of deformed buds and flower are early sunburn caused by a sudden rise to high temperature with intense sunlight, a late frost that nipped the bud tips, insect or bird bitting the bud tip, planting a prechilled bulb in the Fall or a virused bulb itself (which it most like isn't). If it flowered normally last year, then in all likelyhood, it will be back to normal next year. I would cut any deformed buds off rather than let them bloom.
