I've been searching through forums to see if I could find an answer to this question because it was mentioned to me that my photos are not clickable for enlarging. I couldn't find anything that gave me an answer, so I hope I am not duplicating this question.

When I upload a photo into the blog and then drag the thumbnail onto my blog page, it remains as a thumbnail after publishing the blog.

When I upload a photo into the comments section of my blog, I can click on the photo and open it up into a larger size.
See here: The thread "I like your layouts on the blog" in Blog post: June 1, 2013

Am I missing a setting somewhere or is it the browser I am using? (Safari v. 6.0.3 on a MacPro OS X v. 10.8.3)

Thanks

Try reading this thread. Sounds like it may be a problem with Macs using Safari, unless something has changed.

Tinpins, I have a Mac and had to change to Firefox before my photos would enlarge. Try loading FF or maybe even Chrome. I think that will help solve the problem. Safari just doesn't work on ATP.

Thank you all for your responses ... I did try Chrome and I thought I tried FF but I'll give it another try.

Safari is just an old habit that is hard to break Smiling

Thank you Sharon ... I found an explanation in another thread that you had posted and it worked perfectly Hurray!

So with FF and your help I passed my exam for today. Phew ... I can come back to class tomorrow Smiling

Here's what you shared ....
...........

when you have your picture ready, then click on the spot where you want it to go and drag it to that spot. Then click on the picture itself, then click on the tree.

Click on appearance

Alignment
Choose right, left, or center

Then whatever it says at the bottom, submit or insert, I think.

That's it, it will be where you want it, in center or on one side or another with the text wrapped around it.

Don't try to re-size, ATP does that for you. So leave the sizing alone.

Oh good!!!
So glad you found a solution! And by the way, I loved the layout you first used in your blogs, but I know this 'new' way will be so much easier and faster for you. Thumbs up
