I'm pretty sure that this is a weed, but I'm often wrong about these things! Any help on an ID would be appreciated!

Plant is about 8 inches tall, and I'm not sure if it grows taller or not.

Opp, I'm not so sure that it's Capsella, but it does look similar. This one has many leaves growing on the flower stems, and the pictures I looked at for Capsella don't. I'm pretty sure that I do have Capsella growing here in another area though, and didn't have a name for it.

Whatever it is, we have it growing here, too, and I yank it as a weed. We ALSO have Capsella, and yes, it's taller and lankier.

Rick, I think you got it! Thanks for the name!

Thanks to everyone for looking! I'm yanking it before it goes to seed! The last thing I need is more weeds!

It's actually kind of pretty, but it does tend to be fruitful and multiply.... Rolling my eyes.

I think it's kind of pretty too, but not pretty enough to keep it. I keep expecting to find it everyone, but it's only in the flower bed.
