This iris made the rounds on the other website about 3 years ago.
SIL just sent this to my facebook.I had to let her down easy and tell her its not real.
Anyone agree with me?

Uh -- yeah!!! Photoshopped to death! It's making the rounds again -- a friend just emailed me a couple of days ago with this picture and asked me "is this for real?"

Looks like it was hybridized sometime in the 80's... wasn't that the big teal color faze? Teal and Mauve.

we should not propagate this photo or any other that felt is to be enhanced i spent hundreds early on over crap pictures like this only to discard the iris for the crap it was some catalogs are this way research any iris you think you like and look at any photos you find ask your friends about it there are literally hundreds that are so like another that thye should have found the compost pile look for photos taken in the sun be aware if the area around it is in or out of contrast, lighter or darker thathere are signs
