There is a hosta named 'Karen' and one named 'Karin'. The only registered hosta beginning with "deb" is 'Debutante'. Are you looking for just one hosta with both names? If so, it's not a registered variety. Could be a garden name someone gave to a plant or a locally available variety.

I checked out on this site and I see there is one!! http://hostalibrary.org (this is my favorite site to search for Hostas)

No pic but it is "real"... and this is how it came about:
Originally named 'Karen', renamed because of the Bob Olson's 'Karen'.
Giant, blue-green leaves with heavy substance.
Named for Carolyn Harstad's daughter, Karen. Carolyn changed the name from H.'Karen' to H. 'Karen Deborah', 3/03 .

And here is the one for Karen: (this is Bob Olsen's Karen)

So you there are actually two differen hostas -- Karen or Karen Deborah!! Smiling Hurray!
