Looks like Calico Day got self pollinates.

How long is it for daylilies from sowing to flowering? Isn't it many years?

This is my first full year growing from seed.But it can take 1 year up to 2 or 3.
My seeds from last year where started late in the season but I might get one or 2 to bloom this year, if not I will get a bunch to bloom next year.

I can send you some of my seeds from the crosses I get. I wont be using the ones from this year anyway.

I'm hoping to see blooms this year off the ones I started from seed a couple of years ago (I think this is their third year). Somehow I doubt Karen would wait that long! Only reason *I'm* willing to wait is that I'm too cheap to spring for Blissful Blackberry Pie, and these were a couple of crosses from that. Fingers crossed!

I know what you mean so many daylilies I am to cheap to buy so it's seed crosses I have to settle for.
Who knows I might even get something better.
