That is one thing I love about several of their plants is the re blooming! I have Touch Of Royalty still blooming and I think this may be the third time!


Charles Douglas 2002, Tet, semi-evergreen, 22" scape, 6" bloom, mid-late season, 16-20 bud count, 4 way branching, cream lavender with large purple lavender yellow double edge above yellow to green throat.

You've got to love a plant that will send up three sets of scapes. I only have two that will do that: Edge of Your Seat and one of my seedlings.

I have several that have put up several sets. Myrtle Beach, Fashion Police, BrownsFerry Sweetheart and Deal or No Deal and Darla Anita are just a few that were great re bloomers for me. Some were Douglas plants some were not.

The Color of Wonderful is gorgeous. Love the purity of the pink, the watermark - nice.

I only grow one of his cultivars...the dormant Pleated Petticoats (2014). It has done very well in both TX and MI and is now in its 4th year. Lots of buds. Sometimes the blooms hang with all the ruffling but when they don't...
