VirginiaRose I love your avatar. It makes me want to laugh. Everyone's plants are so lovely, but if I had to pick a favorite it would be Rose's Gunther's Prize. I never knew about streaked hostas until this year. They are just gorgeous.

'Aristocrat' - just ONE little bloomn hiding in the foliage. Interesting, isn't it, how some varieties show off their flowers holding them up proudly while others try to hide them.

I love Genini Moon by the way. My wish list gets bigger. Ann you are a great enabler. Thumbs up

I have all my pics edited now. But it's time to take more because some of those buds above have now opened.

'Salute' bloom

bloom on a seedling - from 'September Sun', I think, but the tag got lost the first winter. This seedling is mature - 6 or 7 years old; so it's not going to get huge. Stays this colour all season and I rather like it, but have not given it a name.

'Sweet Innocence' - this one did nothing much in my regular garden. So last year I dug and divided it, but I always have difficulty getting rid of a plant completely. This last division has spent the year at the back of my veggie garden and is doing really well. Probably getting too shady for veggies anyway, so ...

ViolaAnn,

I'm glad you posted 'Rainbow's End' with the red stems on the flowers! Mine is doing that and I don't remember them having red stems! I thought I mislabeled it when I moved it last fall! It is so pretty! Somehow I ended up with two of them, but I don't remember buying a second one...Can't really see a bad side to that story, though. One can never have too many pretty hostas!

'Lakeside Mom' pods have just a hint of red. I'm looking forward to growing these seeds.

Red scapes on my own seedling from 'Touch of Class'. I love the bright yellow of this one and it keeps its colour well. It's now about 3 years old.

More angular scapes on 'The Razor's Edge'. These scapes are generally very, very tall.
