No---I think it different. That one, the european variety, is the one that is actually a semi-invasive plant around here---it's everywhere in the hills and meadows (but very, very pretty). This one doesn't seem to spread or re-seed. Very low lying to the ground. One of the few plants that came with our house that I really like and have kept, so I don't know the variety. I took this pic about a month ago---it's done blooming now. Nice blue-green evergreen foliage the rest of the year.
