Hey Chris those pots are so cute I love them I have done some work in polymer clay and you have done a great job. I love seeing them planted too. I was thinking I was a little crazy for trying plants in such small pots.

So far so good with my little pots I made some more the other day and will pot them up in the next few days.

Also Chris you website has some really nice things for sale and looks great. I almost placed an order but am a bit overwhelmed at the moment with my order of plants I still need to pot up.

John here is another type of sedum that would do very well in your tiny pots. This rooster is very tiny, the planting hole is just 1/2" across. Can't wait for this plant to fill in the hole.
Sedum dasyphyllum.

Thank you all. I was so happy when I found that tiny rooster, made with a cavity to plant in. Smiling
Checking it out to see if it will grow happily in my sunny east facing kitchen window?

Thanks John! It's easy to get carried away ordering plants. I find they seem so tiny and harmless on the internet but then they arrive and it looks like a lot more than it did on the order. Rolling on the floor laughing

That rooster is just too cute Lynn!!

I agree with Chris about the ordering/trading. All seems so easy, nothing to it, until the box full arrives. Blinking

John, your little pots are adorable. How are your plants doing in them?

The plants so far are doing pretty good I have just given a few of them major hair cuts. My hope is if I keep trimming them back it will maybe make them bushy and full. I will post more pictures when they grow a bit more.

Same here John, look forward to the new photos. Big Grin

I found another native sedum up in the mountains yesterday. I'm pretty sure it is Sedum laxum. I am so excited about it. I took several photos of it growing on the lava rock flow just west of the summit. Hurray!

Can I just invoke a little bit of envy by saying that I was lucky to see in person, Otter John's mini containers with their mini sedums and mini semps? I was also treated most undeservedly, to a demonstration of how John works his magic on glass with his trusty glass torch flame. How lucky was I?

P.S. I put in my order for a mini container with John already! nodding

How lucky you are Bev. That would have been so much fun watching him make them. Hurray!
