Olds College Centennial Rose (Rosa x CA 31). Fragrant and hardy shrub.
That's a beautiful rose, Joanne. I'd like to create an entry for it, but I'm confused. The tag says "Olds College Centenniel." Is that just a misspelling of Centennial on the tag or has the rose actually been registered with that spelling of the name?
Zuzu, That is weird for the tag to have two different spelling. I'm not sure how to investigate. I will try to contact the Olds College and see what they say. Good eye, Zuzu.
When you add the photos, be sure to use the link in this thread. The database search engine doesn't handle hyphenated words well, so if you search for CA-31, you'll get a list of everything in the database with "ca" in the name.
