Bands are $20 each, and the email says this is the last of them, selling until everything is gone. The gallon sale will be later, and then that's it!

Zuzu said: (From the rejuvenation thread) Thanks, Toni. They've had Baby Talk on their general list for about 10 years and they've never had one available for sale before, so I have to assume it roots poorly and probably grows poorly too. I did buy two Pillow Talks from Vintage over the years, but they were utter duds.

Was thinking about ordering from Vintage 3 roses... but now everything's showing up as not-available. Even the things I had in my cart (which I can't get to any more)

Did you load the cart before Sunday? Maybe their website is overloaded.
I started looking through Vintages' list, then decided to check with Burling. Bands are always iffy for me, and $20 + shipping is best saved for rare roses I just gotta have, and right now, I have enough.
Sad that this may be the last chance for people to get some of these roses. Too bad more people can't propagate cuttings and share some of the limited ones. It's a lot of work, and there's no real online clearinghouse for rose cuttings, other than maybe a trade forum on gardenweb.

It was Sunday night. I made the cart before dinner, ate dinner, came back to the website, couldn't find where the cart is without adding something to it (they don't have a "cart" tab), so looked at other roses, everything was put on the "unavailable" list and couldn't access my cart any longer. Said to hell with it. I would absolutely have LOVED to ordered the ones I had in my cart (can't remember, but I think I had.. oh, dammit, can't remember 'cuz I've got a bad migraine... Nimbus, Cafe, and 1 other...). Now when I hit their site, EVERY rose is marked as unavailable and they're not picking up their phone.

Guess they didn't want my business after all.
