I'm usually not too bad at record keeping, but I can't find purchase information on this daylily (Siloam Ralph Henry dip). I know I wanted Siloam Ralph Henry and thought I got it on LA, but found no paper work, and LA didn't have records online back that far. The purchase was several years back and I'm just now getting time to figure it out. My plant meets the description fairly well, but I would have to say the pod would make for a great ID of this plant. I've never seen a pod like it on any of my other plants. Do any of you have and set pods on your Siloam Ralph Henry (dip) plant? I'll post photos of the flower and the pod. My flower photo may seem a bit deeper in color because it was a cool morning and all the flowers on every plant looked better and richer in color.

Welcome to ATP!!!! If you look at the top of the page, there is a blue bar where you can go to your profile, and you can upload a photo for an avatar, you can add in information for where you live (you can be as general as you want - give just your zone or you can give your town if you want) a favorite saying etc.

Here is a link to our database entry for Siloam Ralph Henry. I am surprised there are not more photos posted of it. I've never grown it. I do notice that the midribs are rather noticeable in the database images, and they are in your photo, so that might be a clue.

I have a daylily that gets pods like that although I can't recall which one it is right now.

Thanks ... I had already checked the plants database to view photos. I noticed there's was more cream than melon looking like mine. I also checked Dave's Garden but they only had two photos as well.
