I want them all!
Charter ATP Member I was one of the first 300 contributors to the plant database! Daylilies Irises Plant and/or Seed Trader Region: Oklahoma
I ordered some historics from Snowpeak this year. It is my first time to order from Dee and I could not be more satisfied!
Thumb of 2013-07-23/enidcandles/58903a
I ordered
Plumeri 1830
The Red Douglas 1937
City of Lincoln 1936
El Toro 1958
Helen Collingwood 1949
King Tut 1926
Dauntless 1927
El Tovar 1933
Tiffany 1938
Trostringer 1926

I am so excited! There were also bonus rhizomes but I believe that the bonuses should be between the buyer and seller. There are many factors involved in selecting bonuses for customers so I will keep that information to myself but will say that I am very pleased with what I received.
Thank you Dee

Tiffany is very pretty.
These all should look great in your garden can't wait to see pictures of them all blooming.

On a side note got half of the irises planted ,the other half are going to hopefully be done today going to put yellow daylilies in with them for a more dramatic look.
If you would have a mind at peace, a heart that cannot harden, go find a door that opens wide upon a lovely garden.

My order from Dee arrived yesterday, as well.

I ordered:
Scatterbrain
Secret Recipe
Juicy Rumors
Copatonic
Leaps and Bounds

As usual, Dee was very generous with her rhizomes -- and the rhizomes were good-sized and obviously very healthy.

Thanks, Dee -- I appreciate it!!

Be careful with DL & irises in the same bed. the daylilies need more water.

I might have to rethink that.

I agree ! my iris have never been happier since they have been in beds "all alone" ! Except for a few spring bulbs, and a few Asiatic lilies at the back of the beds, it's just iris. That makes culture MUCH easier for me. It helps with air-flow, sunlight penetration, and fertilizing. If you feel you need more visual interest in the "off-season", try a few of the variegated leaf iris.....Arlyn

My main Iris bed consists of two rows of Irises on the outside edge, with a row of yellow Daylilies down the center. Everyone seems to be happy. Shrug!

Just re-read that message -- it sounds confusing.

The main Iris bed consists of a row of Daylilies down the center of the bed, flanked by Irises on the front side (along the driveway) and the backside. There. I think that explains it better.

I know some have said we should send a wish list, but I just feel really tacky doing that for some reason. Besides, it's always a nice surprise when you don't know what extra's you might get. It's also gotten me some really nice ones that I didn't think I'd want by the pictures. Then when they bloom, I'm really happy with them.
Politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reason.

Usually on my wish list if I send one, it is more of what I ordered.
This year sent many customers my introductions as bonus unless 90% were TB then did not send any SDB as bonus

Very happy with my Snowpeaks order.
IDee's plants are always fat and do well.
I have a TBI that looks like it will bloom within next week.I have no idea which it is.This was an iris from someone else marked Afternoon in Rio.It looks like a misslable so I will send a pic when it blooms. So strange for first week in Aug.
I would almost callit a rebloomer.
Time will tell.It didnt bloom this May.

I almost missed it when weeding.
I'll start a July-August iris thread.
