That's amazing! I have everything I need to make my own - everything I needed including the pump came to around $65.00. I'll probably be putting it together in the next few weeks. Can't wait to get rooting!

I you hope when you get yours built, you will be able to share a few photos of it. I am thinking one of these would be wonderful.

Clintbrown, I was wondering your thought on if this cloning machine could clone Olive tree. The trees are quite expensive and I have a friend who has one where I could get small cuttings. Any thought on this?

I haven't come across anything that won't make roots in the machine I built. Some can take a month or two .. but that may just be due to cool temperatures. 'Green' wood roots pretty fast. 'Brown' wood takes a lot longer in my experience.

Good luck. I hope it works. I did root some Gardenia cuttings in mine. Air layering is my favorite way to propagate trees. Use a good rooting gel like Clonex.

You got me all excited about the cloner. I git a 25 hole cloner with pump on Ebay for about $70. Went and bought Clonex at the hydroponic store up the street. I'm thinking the cloner will arrive tomorrow. Then I am going to take cuttings of Hedgerows Gold Dogwood and my variegated lilac and maybe a couple other things. All the Ebay sellers are assuming that cloner buyers are all growing pot. Annoys me that they don't think that there are regular gardeners out here wanting to try it. I had bought a Cloner a couple years ago but got too busy to break it out of the box and ended up selling it for more than I paid to someone that was dying to grow her own medical marijuana. Its legal here in this state (Washington) but I'm not interested in it at all, plus it sure isn't legal at my job. Karen M.

This is 3 weeks in cloner. Also have variegated lilac and mountain Laurel cuttings but they are not rooted yet. Karen M

Wow the plants look fantastic. And what a deal you got on it for $70.00. How many slots does it have? Are you using any hormons, if so which one? Keep up the good work.
