Mine was great the second year but I lost one of 3 and this year the other 2 look awful.
The crowns look dead and dried up.
It doesnt behave like Husker Red.
Just wondering if it is short lived.

I gave my mom some 3 years ago and they are still going. However, I root cuttings of all of them in a glass of water because they start looking bad after a couple of years. I just think they look better when I start them over for some reason. I also do that for the Husker Red variety too. It seems to self sow all over too though.

Hmmmmm.Husker here gets deadheaded so it doesnt self sow.
I will wait to rid myself of Mystica until next spring.
It might not get enough sun.
