I started taking up her water after dinner but that doesn't always matter...I'm so afraid that come the first snow storm she won't be able to hold herself up then I'll be rushing her to the vet The hard part is she doesn't seem to be in any pain, eating, enjoying things as usual...just the peeing and pooping and occasional losing her balance.... I don't want to give up on her yet though

The vet said if the neighbor hadn't been there to break it up she would have been killed. They live on almost 5 acres and she felt safe letting her wander about.
