Every year at school they plant these shrubs with yellow blooms. It looks like a trumpet vine bloom. What are they? Thanks!

It might be Allamanda. Allamanda schottii or Allamanda cathartica.

Sandi: Yes, Allamanda comes in both a vining variety as well as a shrub!
