I have to move out my 'Sunset' Canna and 'White Butterfly' Ginger plants/rhizomes. If anyone want any, they are for the taking. Just pay shipping cost. Tree-Mail me if interested. Ken

HI Ken,
I am interested in both of these. Have you got a picture of both? I looked them both up, and I see varying images. If you gave me a weight, I could probably email you a prepaid shipping label that you could print off, and tape to the box Smiling
Thanks,
Suzanne

Sure, these are pictures of my plants. Prepaid labels would be fine, if you want to go to that trouble. Otherwise, I will simply tell you what shipping would be, depending on the weight, and you would pay that via PayPal. Makes no difference to me.

It is truly wonderful, Hetty. Hummingbirds and then Luna moths love them.

Beautiful plants. Would the White Ginger live in zone 6a ? Or can it be dug up & stored like the canna ?

Suzanne, I have boxed up about a half-dozen 'White Butterfly' rhizomes for you. If you would kindly send me your PayPal account name (probably your email address), I will invoice you through PayPal. The box weighs just under 2 lb. so the shipping would be a flat $7.95.

Shannon, both the Canna and the Ginger would be OK outside year-round, but you would want to heavily mulch them during your winter months. My plants have easily survived 15F without mulching. They both will die back after the first heavy frost or freeze, but will return in the spring with more numerous plants than the year before. Alternatively, you can always dig up the rhizomes/corms and store them through the winter months if you choose.

The white butterfly has been hardy for me in z6 with no mulch or protection, we haven't had a true z6 winter in a while tho...
Please tree mail me for trades, I'm ALWAYS actively looking for more new plants, and love to trade!

Thanks for that information. I was going by the USDA range of temperatures for zone 6a/6b. I hope Shannon sees your post. Ken Thumbs up

Shannon, I am down to the bottom of the box but have enough to make up one last shipment of all ginger rhizomes. All I will have left is a single combo box of Canna + Ginger, then I am out. Please send me your mailing address and PayPal account name (probably your email address). Either send me a Tree-Mail with this information or send it to my email address - [email protected]. Thanks.

I am holding several plants for folks that said they wanted them but have not sent postage, via PayPal. If you want these plants, please send the postage so that I can move them out. If you don't want the plants, please let me know so that I can ship them elsewhere. Thanks. Ken

Ken-I've been bad and not reported that your landscape plants arrived in great shape. They are planted and growing - Thanks a bunch!
