I love this lily. It is such a bright velvety red. Does this look like Pardon Me to you? I've played around with crossing it with some of my other lilies and I have some seed pods. I'm pretty excited!

'Pardon Me' has quite a bit more yellow in the throat and is also a mini. The blooms are less than 3 inches across. I remember it as being very popular back in the 1990's being sold in the generalist type catalogs ( companies that sell all kinds of plants). Since there are thousands of daylily varieties with many of them being red it would be very difficult to get a firm identity on it.

Thanks! I'll go over there, I didn't realize there were 2 different forums. But you are right, it's not Pardon me.
