Amaryllis Region: Florida Hummingbirder Irises Lilies Master Gardener: Texas

Was down at the beach at Galveston with my family and saw these blooming (sorry about the blurriness; too bright to tell):

Can someone ID these? Gallardias were also blooming.

# 3 Look like a type of Sesuvium either
Sesuvium portulacastrum or Sesuvium maritimum not sure how to tell them apart.

Not really sure about this ID. Flowers look right but I can't tell about the rest of the plant, because of all the other plants in the way.
