Although it looks a bit like topsy turvy, to me it looks a lot like the Echeveria 'Perle von Nurnberg' I bought but it could also be albicans, colorata, xlola, halbingeri, secunda

I will take Topsy Turvy. Perle von Nurenberg leaves are not tipped like this eche but more rounded and the one photoed on the link was pink.

Mine was solid grey green as it got no sunlight. I also found one called "tipsy" at smg which could be similar.

My first inclination was Topsy Turvy, it's quite a popular offering in the nurseries. I have never seen that Silver Spoons, it sure looks a lot like Topsy Turvy. Shrug!

Sue: DD bought the plant at the Farmers Market who knows where the guy got ir.She said it was with a small casch of plants mixed with vegetables
