Rita, that is a really good place for your vegetable and flower photos - I think a lot of folks check the new multi-photo shots when first logging on, which makes them less likely to get 'lost' on a forum. And, if you tag them, that also brings them up when a person is researching a particular flower - one can see them in a group setting and get some ideas re placement.

I just did two veggie groupings. So I have done four pictures. And I love the way it brings in database images. This is really an innovative idea of Daves!

Oh that is what I was doing. Drawing the little boxes and identifying the plants.

Those are some lovely veggie photos, Rita! I notice that the Golden Egg Summer Squash isn't in the database. Maybe you could ask about adding it? Looks like it's a hybrid with very conflicting reviews! Looks yummy from here!

I love Golden Egg. It is the first yellow squash I have grown and I am defiantly going to grow it again next year. My pictures are just mish mash. so when I find Golden Egg by itself, I will put it in the database.

Well, it would be nice if it were in the database, with or without photos! Maybe you could add the plant, with a little growing information, then attach photos later?

Oh, I thought you mean that there was no photo. I guess I can work on it all when I find those photos.

Thanks Lynn. I have really been into growing the veggies this year.

I really have been eating a lot of veggies from my own garden this year. Lunch is usually baked or broiled squash or eggplant and or cucumber and tomato salad and tomato sandwiches. Or green beans or yard long beans cooked up various ways. Usually a cantaloupe eaten at lunch straight from the garden. It all tastes really good.

I agree

One year my family went down to the Jersey shore with several families of cousins. I think my sister and I and Aunt Marie's kids were in one house, and Uncle Joe's brood were in another house.

We usually had desert, and they didn't.

Coincidentally, Joe's whole family would drop in to "visit" just as we finished dinner (but not yet desert) every single night, no matter how slyly we changed dinner time.

They just knew!

You may scroll through them past the front page. Also, if you are looking up a plant that has been tagged in a multi-photo picture, that photo will show up in the plant database below the plant description. For example, go to the database entry of one of the veggies you have featured in more than one photo and all your photos featuring that veggie will show up. I think it is a very useful and functional feature. Keep posting and tagging!

They are always visible:

1) From the Multi-Plant Photos area, through the browsing options.

2) From your Profile page.

3) From the plants in the database that are tagged in each photo.
