Not sure if I still have this iris. Last year I did away with a struggling bed and may have to go begging to my sis in Ky if i want it back It is a beauty but so tall and large that our winds just blew it over where I had it and at that time I was in no mood to save anything.

What wonderful wide open spaces you have surrounding those sweeping beds! The red, white and blue garden is lovely. The tall peach/gold iris is so pretty. Wonder if you could move it to a less windy place? Zinnia "Zowie Yellow Flame" is a favorite of mine too. Been awhile since I've grown it. Thanks for giving me something to look at while I wait for the snow to melt.
This is my first blooming thing for this year. I think these are the old old daffs that all the old farmsteads used to have. These were here around when we moved here.
I'm trying to restore them and get them started again 'en masse'

Wow, such pretty florals! Aren't we all just so ready for spring to kick into full gear?! I've been out the last few days working on the front flower garden. I am very happy with how it's progressing.... I just hope the view of it I have in my mind is the view I eventually have of it in real life!
Keep the photos coming for inspiration. Thanks for sharing! =)
I've recently started cleaning and getting beds in shape for the "planting out" and for the perennials to come up. A lot of perennials are showing some growth so I am getting excited. These will certainly look much different in a few weeks.

You get the picture!!! There are several more but this will be the last in this series of pictures. As I was saying they all look pretty much the same. Now to get those perennials up and past the frost free date and everything will be changed....
