Very pretty, It could be Sedum rupestre 'Angelina'.

If it turns orange in full sun or around winter time it could also be
Stonecrop (
Sedum sexangulare
'Golddigger')
Mine have yellow blooms like yours. They are great ground covers for my potted plants.
