I checked a few sites. Why would Mathiasella not be the genus?

I believe Mathiasella is the genus; a moderator just needs to add it to our database here as it's not listed yet.

I found the plant listed at a couple of sites:

Hello Evan,
The plant has finished blooming. Sorry. It did take almost 3 years to get this plant to bloom. Sure will take pictures next year. I do have seeds though. You are welcome to them.

Johanna, the database really appreciates photo's of all parts of the plant: the entire plant (whether in bloom or not), leaves, stem/branch ... and buds and blooms when they show up again!
