Simmering Elephants is a late bloomer with a complex array of colors - this morning it showed a new color - blue! The dots are from waterspray, I am sure, but the blue must indicate underlaying blue pigment, do you think?

Caitlin, did you get a picture??? I have that DL, too, and have never seen blue spots unless I sprayed it with MiracleGro!
