A few years. Did the Blue Pearl root? I'm having a hard time in my cloner getting this one to root.

Yes it has has been doing very well. I'll try to take a photo tomorrow.

On my way out to check on Pinky and Blue Pearl.

Okay Julia, ready to give my report on Pinky and Blue Pearl.
Blue Pearl is doing great, can't wait for next year when it will have more of a clump. Nice and upright, good color, and the blooms are just now thinking about opening. I'll get a photo of them in the next couple of days.

I thought Pinky was dead, very dead. But miracles happen. There are tiny little clusters of leaves showing at the base of the plant.
Was I ever relieved.

Here is Blue Pearl starting to bloom.

I think 'Blue Pearl' is going to be large like 'Autumn Joy' Pinky is smaller and looks quit good hanging over a pot. You are working miracles.

It is very upright, even as a new, young single stemmed plant. It will be fun to see what it does next year.
I bet Pinky will be just fine next year, now that it is putting everything into making new roots.

I sure hope so Lynn, it is fantastic in the spring.

It just went through to many transplants. I should have left it in the pot until next spring. But I so wanted it in the new sedum bed when it was finished. All is well that ends well.

Like you said it is busy making roots in all the new soil!
