This year has been superb so far...probably a combination of the age of my older clematis and a colder than normal winter?..Does this just blow you away?..Clematis "Ville de Lyon" has her first bloom open with my climbing rosa "Crepuscule"

Jeanne, your garden is so inspirational for me! This is my first day back after a garden symposium and I'm just itching to get out in the garden... but I have a lot of work to catch up on first. Thanks for starting my day off with a lovely tour; it's just what I needed to start my day right! =)

All I can say is WOW Those clematis are fabulous I mean reallly fabulous. I purchased 2 new ones from Simply Clems and potted them up a couple of days ago.
The others I have are in the ground. One of the new ones is pouting may be I gave her too much water. She came with 2 beautiful blooms and I left them on and maybe I should have taken them off sooner. Everyone wish me luck on this one.
Forgot to say welcome Jeanne and keep those pictures coming. You are way ahead of me on blooms.
