This was gifted to me, and we don't know which one it may be. I believe the closest I may have come is B.ludicra. I'm hoping that someone out there recognizes it. When in bloom, they stand up tall above the leaves, and are pink.
Thanks for any insight you may be able to pass on to me. Smiling

Thanks greene, no, the flowers definitely scream begonia. I thought I had a picture of it in bloom but I can't seem to find it.

A healthy looking begonia, hard to really pin them down though without a strong unique leaf pattern but I don't think it's B. ludicra, here is a photo on the begonia.org site: http://www.begonias.org/Articles/Vol71/searchVeracruz.htm

Thanks Sue, I'm sure your right. I went through that link, and I found 2 possibilities, but I'm not sure about those either. B.'Maria's Revenge'…but the picture was really too small to be sure…And B.'Selph's Mahogany'…But I'm not sure the leaves are quite right. Though the flowers on that one stand up high the way this one does. I appreciate your time. Smiling
